i noe we are moving on to the next stages of our lives
but just got this thing inside mi that tells mi to say something to u guys

At NorthC2's farewell cg
we went to carpark and as usual we played virus
at the 2nd round, shen da suddenly shouted
"hey, got rainbow!"
that moment was just amazing leh
its like we are saying bye to each other
and some of us really couldnt bear to because of the bond we hav with each other
because of the love for one another in this cg, this family
and because of that rainbow, it assured mi that God is the centre of this family
because of God's love, we come to know one another and love each other

if u asked mi, other than the ppl in our stats, there is one vr impt figure who is in our cg
jiu shi God lor

to remind us of this thing:
God is in the centre of our family

so as we move on, let's still be brothers and sisters
not just friends, not just ppl u say hi and bye to

NorthC, we have been through so much together, the bad times when there was no growth till when we grew and our schools increased in numbers. Remember the time when we marched to Istana because we hit our target for ESS, how happy we were. Many things might have happened along the way, but we are still a family. As we are split into different groups and units, let us remember all the fun and crazy memories together as a whole Woodlands and don't forget, claim our land! When we get back together as a whole Woodlands next time, pray that it will be many times bigger than now! I love NorthC! :D

Hey guys. I strongly believe that you guys remember when we first come together.
We came together as a group that purely belongs to woodlands.
After much reflection on my days with NORTHC, my memories with NORTHC, my time spent with NORTHC, the times when we come together to PRAY, times when we begin to GROW in quality and quantity. Yes, we have seen people staying and people leaving.
But, they still matter to God, and we did our best for God.
He is the Alpha and the Omega.
We do things to let God be known :)

I HEART REVOLUTION!

Reflect. Direct.

I believe the times when we first come together. Printing our handprints on the empty heart. And we filled the empty heart with our handprints.
To me, it represents my heart in this unit, NORTHC. We first come together with unit events.
We got closer and understand more about each other as days passed. We meet up before service for breakfast and head for service together. I believe all these ain't fake. Instead, these have placed a significant memories in all of us. It's not just another restructuring.
It's not just another time to be separated. It's the time for growth.
Let's grow in the new groups we are in and show people that NORTHC unstoppable will continue to lift up to where all of us began. JIAYOU NORTHC! Although I'm not in the same unit as ya guys, you guys will still be dearly missed by me of course! :D

Jiayou People!. Woodlands is our land. Conquer the land. Be a mighty conquerors of God. Lift up God's name. Light up the path to eternity. Leave a legacy in your schools.

Prayer is really important.
Some of you may have not been praying to God or may have been praying to God.
Why not let us take these days towards camp to pray to Him everyday.
Have the faith. We have to enter camp with faith.
although camp is cheaper than before, it doesnt mean we should enter camp for the fun of it!
We have to continue to have the faith and get the fire burning in us!!
Camp is coming. In about 1 month plus time.
It doesnt mean that we can play and not bother about our spiritual life.
Jiayou in praying to God everyday ! :D

Faith leads us beyond ourselves. It leads us directly to God.

I want to say that...
Northc! remember our Genesis?
Dont give up even if our friends reject us for SOW, CG, unit events, service.
Persevere on! Give our best and God will give His rest.

Also, there is one more thing i want to share.
as my mom have shifted to Bukit Batok, i have been taking bus to travel to every destination i want to go or to come back home.
just today, i took bus to Jurong Point to find Xinru.
And i started pondering... Why not we STEP OUT OF OUR COMFORT zone and do things for God?
i hate to walk a long distance to the bus stop... but i have no choice.
just step out and the kingdom will grow.
remember to give your best~!

1st nov was my mom's birthday leh!
cool rite? guess what i told myself?
wow im going to make my toilet mybest friend again
why did i say that? because i had steam boat with my family!

by the time my future child becomes my age, she probably be dead

just now when i reached home i saw...
the box of durian
and i saw the time

30min b4 i can eat anything (fasting)
den i told myself, ok i go bath and go tidy up my room abit den i go eat
then i went to the toilet to bath
i saw my dirty shoes
then i remembered tt i want to wash my shoes (might as well, since it was in the toilet)
then as i was washing my shoes, i saw.. buble gum on my shoes
cool rite? NO NOT COOL!
i had to use the stupid brush and try to scrape off the irritating bubble gum (which smells vr nice) off of my shoe
wah.. its crazy leh
and also so disgusting
the thingy stick on the brush and it turn black
got hair on it some more

then God just showed me lor
he just told mi what about life?
isnt life something like that
the picture God painted to me is so clearly to me leh
he just told mi
in life, we gotta take time to look at our shoes
cos some of us may step on dog poo
some of us may step on bubble gum
some of us may step on a $100 bill (im just kidding, that wont happen)
and u gotta take time to scrape the unnescessary stuff
and go wash ur shoes
i dunno how are some of u gonna take this weird story, but its up to u to decide what to do lor

it's those times where you guys meet at MRT outreach, shepherd people around the same area, being so irritated about stuff together, convicted and all! All these were possible, because we made our care group like a care group! shared live and served God together!

I didn't know how to respond to the msg i received while i was catching up with Isabel over a glass of ice cream. After settling down with the thought of the death of my ex sheep, friend and school mate a sense of regret and sadness hovers around my heart. Well, this sheep of mine was one of those that i rejoiced over when i saw God's transformation in his life. I saw how the turned away from the negative influence and choose to seek God. However, when one chooses to let their guard off, the thief will come back to destroy and steal.

The sadness is far more than a temporary lost of a friend, sheep and brother. But it's eternal. As much as i wish i could turn back time, i know i can't.

So north c, i just want to say this again - people really matter to God.

SO do each and every single one of you. :) please never give God up for anything. Don't give the thief a opening that he can destroy your life.

i just wanna thank God of showing mi the joy of sharing my testimony with ppl and seeing ppl convert
its really fun to do tt!!! U all should do it!!

HA! yesterday while crossing the bridge over to my school..

i found out something reallly amazing.. well not quite lah, but for me, it is.

i know i said it alot of times already, and im sick of it myself,

but i really wanna emphasize on the words work hard and really perservere.

you know why? because there are still people who really dont understand these four words.

one example, cant say..

let's just say he's my friend, he wants to pass his O level, but he keeps procrastinating..

but think about it, dont you think life is like a bridge, each bridge representing one level of your life?

for example, a bridge that represents O level.. what we are trying now is to cross over and achieve an O cert and move on to the next level right?

but if you actually procrastinated half way, how are you going accomplish it?

each steps across the bridge means you are getting closer and closer to accomplishing it,

but when you procrastinate, wont you just jammed there in the middle of the bridge?

so please my friends, never ever wait.. you already crossed the PSLE, Primary school or whatever bridge le, so why are you procrastinating now? :)

you may think like, oh N level, O level is 2 weeks away, i 1 week before then study..

but hey, are you really that confident? you can study more if you studied 2 weeks before right? as precautions i guess.

if you're stuck there, what are you trying to accomplish anyway :(

move on, its the two words we always hear from other people, and you really really really really really really gotta listen to them..

what if you didnt study enough and couldnt get into a poly?

your bridge to poly would most probably be burned right? then how are you going to go to the economy level? is it understandable?

basically, with no hard work, you may not be able to do well, without a good grades, you may not be able to get into a poly, without a diploma, what can you do after that? o.o

so pleasssssee think this through.. its like god built these numerous bridges for us since the day we were born, and its not as if He built it for the purpose of us destroying it..

why would He do that to us? lol :)

I cannot help by to smile when i heard those stories over our prayer meet today! :) Honestly, you guys have made me enjoy serving God even more!

I just take few moments to affirm few people! :)

First up, BIN HUA- i hope i spelled your name correctly!
Goodness, you are truly someone who lives to tell others about the love of God! Your love for people to know the love of God has pushed you to an extent where you are even willing to give up your time non stop talking and end up being thirsty! Honestly, if i had a hat, i will take my hat off you! Good job! Keep up the good work of telling our friends about this God who saved and redeemed our lives! Your story has certainly been a great encouragement to many people! :) As you continue to live a life that tells other about this amazing love, continue to receive God's love daily! Keep close with him!

Second up, JUN JIE!
Honestly, i seriously think you have grown a lot in your relationship with God and character over the past few months - though this is just the starting! Your committement to God is indeed obvious! I still vividly remember in the past you will choose to prioritize other things above God! However, over these few months as you have experience God's love you have chose to place him above all else! I want to assure you that God will never shortchange you! Your heart for the lost is obvious as well which can be seen from your blog! So young man, i urge you to continue to stay close with God and influence the younger people in your school! There is an entire generation of lower sec people in your school that yearn for something greater and the answer you have it. So i want to encourage you to never give up! God is with you! Jia you for your O levels too! Do your best and He will do the rest! Jia you!

YOUR FAITHFULNESS NEVER FAILS. Yes, i have been working with you for the past few weeks during UPT and i must say that your faithfulness never fails! Thank you for being committed to the team though you had to rush down after a hectic day of counting money on Tuesday! Really, i respect you for your faithfulness and committment! Young woman, don't let anyone look down on you because you are young but set an example for them! As you continue to be faithful with little, God will give you more. However, don't worry! Looking back, i sure came long way, so have you guys? Sweet memories, Awful Memories, we still remember them at times, most of all, we have to learn to let go of those who drag us down and make our spiritual walk with God Unstable, Last time, I used to Cry all the time because of lonelyness, then moving on to my close ones hurting me, then to my loved ones and now its you guys, people and the things i do. They say, the ones you love most, would hurt you the most, and surely you guys have hurt me, alot, but, you guys have brought me the most joy, true happiness for the first time in my life. I never realised the true value of life until i started serving God, I realised how Big Is My God And how sinful i was and the world is, I sure Made an 180 degree turn, God transform lifes. Are we doing enough for God? Have we lead a normal christian life or one that is because its fun then i do it, God did not send his one and only son to die upon the cross for us just to let us have fun, he did it to save this sinful world from the devil's hands. Yes, you may have convictions, like YES I WANT TO OUTREACH! But few days later, where are these convictions ? Is that conviction lasting only for three minutes or a few days? Its Time To Wake Up If That Is So. What if Tomorrows the end of the world and Jesus comes back to earth, Are you Ready? To pass through that narrow gate into heaven?No? Or Yes? Wake Up people, No use giving excuses, no use saying but not doing it, if you want to run in this race, give it your best, remember at the end, The people you have saved, the things you have done for God, God Knows. Let Your Everyday Last, Not a Second To Waste, Not A minute To Waste, Cause You May Not Know When This Life Ends.

Hello my dearest north c :)

personally, i enjoyed the entire unit outing today! I bet all of us enjoyed the fun, running in the rain, splashing water on each other, the horrible food we ate and so much more! But you know what? All these would not have been possible without our unit very own UPT. (Sounds like your running nose).

They are none other than Joshua, Ellina, Sarah and Kelvin! Btw, UPT means unit programming team! They would be our 4 movers of every unit event since last week :) Thank God for all of them!

Anyhow! Before we even be amazed and laugh over the photos! I HAVE TO SAY THIS.

WE HAVE A GOD THAT IS ALL POWERFUL. Do you remember that it was prouring so heavily, but we prayed on the bus that was own by us?(since it was only filled with our people). We asked God to stop the rain and indeed the rain became smaller and stopped eventually. Though our hopes were kinda of dashed initially because of the rain, but God is faithful to us!

Do you know that when i was walking back to the bus stop, i was asking God. How ah? I told him that we came here for fun, fellowship and drawing people back to you. He challenged me to lead everyone of you in prayer and see his power. There and then, i trust God. Afterwhich i had to chase the bus and be with all of you. It was then, i had to pluck out my courage and trust God. That's why i lead everyone of us in prayer. :)

All in all, i must say that God is real and powerful :)

During the combined service, those peeps on that stage, those drama people, I WANT TO GIVE YOU MY LIFE JESUS, but what happened, did you left God out? He Is Not Someone For You TO Play With, keep that in mind.

To turn the other cheek is neither humiliating nor retaliation. It is rather a response of strength that says, “I will not seek revenge because I am stronger than that”. It also says, I will not respond in shame because I have dignity in Christ. My dignity is not found in if I can hit you back and hurt you. My dignity is found in Christ and I will respond in just the way He would respond.

Our dignity comes because we are made in the image of God. Our significance comes because we are called by Jesus to be world changers. Our power and strength comes because we are filled with the Holy Spirit who gives us the ability to receive the insults of others and respond with as Christ responded to those who hurled insults at Him.

It is no different for Christians. When we respond to insults with the same kind of vindictiveness then we affirm for the world that Christianity is a shame. But when we respond in quiet dignity, drawing on the power of Christ, we provoke a response of respect and wonder and we compel people to want to learn more about Jesus. Turning the other cheek is not impossible, but it is difficult. But when we do respond with the gentle dignity of Jesus, then we bring glory to Him.

The Past few weeks , we've been going about FAITH .
Annoying thing is . FAITH Without DEEDS is DEAD ! (James2:18-20)
and I've been seeing this a lot...
We used to say "God is Awesome !" and "This is a Crazy/Mad/Impossible Plan..LETS DO IT!"

Because we believed that God was BIG !

But what i see now is "Really ? u sure ? i think God is joking ! I don't think God can do it!"
WHAT KIND OF GOD ARE WE SERVING !

When i asked people what their dreams are I've gotten answers like
"nothing for now.but a _____ in the future"

honestly its not a bad thing...but i was angry/discouraged/disappointed by the first sentence.
NOTHING FOR NOW...
thats how much passiveness we have.

thats how much we trust God to work.
thats how much we dream that GOD can work THAT moment.
thats how much we limit God to work.
thats how much we give God control of our lives!

Where are the people who believe in God ? where are the people who stand for God ? where are the people who keep asking GOD for his blessings ?

This post is not to target one person. Its what i believe in.

I know one thing... I was taught to never give up. I was taught that men/women of God believe in one book. I was taught by that one book. and I BELIEVE IN THAT BOOK.

James2:23-26 ²³And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend. ²⁴You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

²⁵In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? ²⁶As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

I pray to see more of us, Christians.

we got complained by the residents and the security warned us a few times XP

den we both went inside
wah the place like some suana liddat.. so hot
i dun even noe i perspire or hav water vapour on my body
cant even see the wall properly.. too much water particles le
hard to breath, but fun to go into
after tt wanna change but i didnt bring towel
wow i ard 1 or 2 min liddat dry le after coming out of the steam room
so cool ^^

den after tt mi, kel, junior and josh were trying to make a music video
kel de camera skill "rocks out loud"
no words could describe it
dunno how many videos le, still no success

while we enjoying the romantic scenery, mx, wai keong and hw went to the gym
got kicked out eventually for some reason
was either not wearing proper attire or cant go in other than residents
i think both.. cos Sean poh and wei keat went in (with shoes) b4 they left for yishun
mx, hw and wai keong (some of them without shoes) seemed quite sad after tey got kicked out

after tt we went to hav our dinner at the dunno wad u call tt place near ks and wee kiat's house
vista point
had dinner le den some of us left, some of us played basket ball ^^
those who went can continue typing from here ^^

hope this post will remind u tt our lives are not just for chionging (although tts a gd thing)
but also we gotta bond and relax with the ppl we are working with

HEY ALL THE POWER RANGER FANS OF NORTH C

this is a especially random post
but kinda biblical ^^
and vr inspirational for mi XD
God suddenly threw mi "power ranger" into my head
cool rite? hahaz

Remember how the Power Rangers hav diff diff colour costumes and diff powers?
remember how awesome the Power Rangers were?
remember how handsome i am? (just kidding)
in the same way, God created us like Power Rangers
we hav diff character traids, we hav diff brains
most importantly, God created us to be awesome in a different way!

but wad about Power Rangers inspired mi a few mins ago?
i suddenly remember every single time when the power rangers fight a vr powerful boss
they either win, or loose, or maybe(not frequently) draw
but at the last episode of every single Power Rangers series
they will win the final big boss and save the earth(not toking bout save elec or paper)
they will always be the handsome ppl to defeat the either equally as handsome ppl or the ugly to the max monster
they always are victorious over 'evil' (or just ugly beyond reason)
and josh reminded mi of how they stand tgt united

so how is it tt they dun win the battle all the time but still win the final battle?
they dun giv up
simple, they dun giv up
they realise that they are in a diff situation
but they still are reluctant to giv up
y? its probably the end of the world already still wanna risk ur life?
so wad? so wad if i loose my life?
at least i see the hope, even though a tiny bit, but still its hope
and i am going to do wad ever it takes to grab tt little piece of hope
and use it to save souls

Hav u ever seen a power ranger go into battle with his teammates b4?
tt probably has happen b4 rite?
but hav u seen in a final battle oni one ranger vs the vr ugly boss?
i dun think so
hav u guys seen how the megazord is being formed?
it takes the team to come tgt and form a megazord
it takes the team to come tgt and control tt megazord (although i dunno how)
but wadever it is, the stand tgt as one unit battling side by side
they love each other as a family and learn to accept one another in the 1st few episodes
my point is, they gel up fast
even when new rangers come into their team, they gel up fast
as a family of God, in our 1st few episodes, yes we hav been geling up fast, although they will hav quarrels, but they solve it and come back tgt as a family
but do we really hav a personal relationship with one another?
our relationship as a whole family is great
but do we hav a personal relationship with each of the family members?
and do we help to gel the nb(s) in our groups into our family?

the charectors of Power Rangers usually start out as just some ordinary or weird ppl
but they end up being much more responsible and sacrificial
some of them start out having pride issue, but ended up being humble and able to accept ppl as leaders
they go thru physical war to build that up
lets go thru this spiritual war as God's Power Rangers
the Power Rangers that will not say tt there's no hope
the Power Rangers tt will not say we surrender to the opposing team
the Power Rangers tt will always come out and just say this 3 words,"We ARE victorious" cos God is with us
Power Rangers hav all sorts of funny funny weird weapons
we hav one vr powerful weapon - the Word of God

Hey, all the shuai ge and chio bu of this family!
just suddenly had the urge to blog hahaz

anyways just now as i was walking home,
God suddenly showed mi a picture of mi sprinting 2.4
den i suddenly remembered how i ran like crazy
but didnt hav the stamina to keep on running
then God reminded mi again how i ran with the wdl sec ppl afew weeks back

i just suddenly derieved on this
our spiritual race is just like how we do our 2.4
we either chiong like there's no tml, or run with wisdom

i remembered the times i run like im killing myself
running and running at the top of my speed
but yet wad i dun notice is how much stamina i wasted just to run pass some ppl
eventually, i'll get tired
in the end, i wad do i get? a painful headache and stomache ache (dun wanna noe where tt came from)
then i remembered how easy it was for mi to jog the 2.4 around the track with mx, hw and kel

so i was just toking to God after he showed mi the running
and God told mi that i've been running too fast
its time for mi to slow down and look behind mi
ppl are still struggling with so much obstacles behind, yet i ran so much further
God told mi, dun run so fast, or u'll get too tired to run any further
or in the other case, u'll trip and fall
slow down, son, catch ur breath
dun throw away ur life just at this, use ur life wisely

Running takes strength and speed (and duh breathing)
gotta know ur strengths, if u cant sprint for vr long, dont
and as a family, we gotta keep watch of each other while running
dun abandon ppl, remember, we are oni as fast as the slowest runner ^^

then one of my lower sec friends came up the staircase
and i went up to him, asked him to help me with the survey
..man was he Extremely Willing..
then his classmates came along and
initiated to do the survey too..

i love the people in north c!
i love this family!
i love the fact that we live out why we exist!

for what my heart loves is not something that is flawless but flawed. Yet when what is broken is mend back to the shape that the creator desires for it, i rejoice over it! Hence, this is why i simply love north c. Not that we are flawless but extremely flawed but in the process of transformation to become the butterfly. :)

im sick and tired of seeing ppl who say they love God and just wanna live for him but don't do anything diff from the ppl of the world
let mi just remind u all with this qn: we are in the world, but are we of the world?

the other day i was just about to end my day
den i saw someone in my room(im not saying who) sleeping but i realised he didnt do his quiet time
den i just woke him up and ask him if he did his quiet time or not
he said he didnt, ok lah at least he didnt lie
but the fact is this, he didnt take a part of his day just to spend time with God
he told mi that he'll do it in sch, den im just fustrated bout this
is he going to just read the bible just in sch?
is he going to noe more bout God's word oni in sch, cg, svr, shpd, etc?

i couldnt take it
so i just qn him,"do u love God?"
he told mi he does
so i told him(not in exact quotation):
if u love God, den just use this part of ur time of ur day just to spend time with him
if that person is not going to spend just a little time with God, den isnt he as good as those of the world?

i told my spiritual buddy this thing the other day
i will not stand and do absolutely nth if the person dun spend his time with God rite in front of mi
come on lah, if he love God so much, cant u just spend a little time with God?
same goes to all of us, if we love God so much, cant we just take time to understand him further?
also, im fustrated bout these ppl called weekend christians
chio bu(s) and yandao(s), if u wanna be christians, den treasure ur walk with God

total up around 3.6% of our week is spend with God if u oni do this 3 things
if u talk bout qt, ok lah at least 30min everyday?
but tt doesnt even make up 50% of ur week
(sry i nv take away sleeping time)

ppl talk bout this race, ppl talk about going for it all the way
are u going to keep on to tt word?

whenever we enter into the presence of God, we should repent.
repentance brings revival!
other than through repentance, when will revival come?

We have to stop at times and look and listen to what our spiritual friends, leaders and God.
Listen to what they want to tell us.
And think through what are the things that we have to repent.
If we just simply repent for the sake of repenting, why repent?

The outside of this waterfall seems to be smooth sailing.

BUT….

in the inside of the waterfall, the water have to go through the stones, rocks and pebbles that is obstructing its way to the mouth of the river. It is just like our lives. We have to go through ups and downs before we grow. It is great to have problems and troubles in our life but do not fall instead, grow out of it.

Only when we choose to grow out of the ups and downs in life. We have gone through parts of the tough times.

And we have grown and went through the ups and downs in life just like how tough the water have to go through the stones, rocks and pebbles to reach the mouth of the river.
Whatever it takes, as long as its for the Kingdom of God, i will do it.

GOSH I THINK I'M LIKE SO MAD ABOUT BLOGGING TODAY! FOURTH POST LE!

I have heard this several times and some people have probably heard it countless of times. “Male by birth. Man by choice.” I used to despise people who don’t mean what they say but ended up concluding that I myself am part of this hideous category. That’s because we are hypocrites in transition, spare me not. What is required of a male to be a man? David Hoe did justice by explaining his convictions, although a short post, about being a man of God.

As much as I do agree with him, I am also equally displeased with myself when I look back into my past. Did I please God as a man would and should? If today you find yourself already retreated to a comfort zone and waiting for something to happen or someone to make it happen, you’re gonna be labelled a weakling. Why not, you?

Rise in the name of Jesus. Stand up for what you believe in. Fight like a man would. Would you? Because I would.

A random Thought just came into my mind! Why are there only post written by males by not so for females? I don't mean anything offensive, but just cross my mind! :x

HOORAY! REJOICE WITH ME, SAY REJOICE! IF THIS IS NOT ENOUGH, USE THE REJOICE SHAMPOO!

DAVID IS NO LONGER A TRAINER IN HIS URBAN JUNGLE AND THIS MEANS NO MORE STAYING IN AND LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT PALMS DOWN! :D The best deal of all, is that i get to lie down on my ULTRAMAN bed everyday! :D Swee right?

Yes, as much as i rejoice over the passing out this week has also been an astounding week for me in terms of truth confrontations with God. This simply happens when you find time out and take a book and read it while your back is against the beanbags and chilling wind from the ceiling air conditioner blows at you. :D How i wish my house was like this. :/

To cut the whole long story short, i shall type a short extract of what i read that caught me thinking. :D Friends and family, think about it.

Honestly, the question that reverberated within my mind was just this question:

how many faces must you have?

While religion works to restrain our actions from the outside in, God always works from the inside out. Only this kind of change lasts. Its sustaining power comes not from the spirit of God, but from your desire to become the person God dreams of. Your motivation is not what others think of you, nor even the consequences of your actions if you choose another way, but your longing to have the image of God revealed in you. You simply want to be a different person.

When we lack integrity, we might alter our decision based on who others are or even how we feel about them. If we admire someone or aspire to be valued by that individual, a lack of integrity will cause us to conform to what we believe that person wants us to be.

Jesus only had ONE FACE. When we show different sides of ourselves to different people, we become two-faced at the very least. When we lack integrity, we find ourselves being several people, depending on the circumstances. We subdivide our lives and justify our differing values systems based on context. Our character becomes a product to be sold. We become personality salesmen rather than people of substance.

Gosh, what do you think? Honestly, it just caught me really thinking if we are always seeking for people’s approval by our actions, praises and eyes on us. The worse thing that could have ever happen here is this, YOU JUST CAN’T BE THE PERSON OF SUBSTANCE. Just how long, will we continue to act in this stage of life? Can we just choose to be who we were really made to be?

Can i be real honest with you? The only word that came across my mind when i read the above extract was this 'PATHETIC'. Stop living in a world where you have to perform for others, you can choose to live your life with one face. Just like how Jesus did.

The below extract is what i love most.

It is in this state that we become people of integrity. It’s more than ”what you see is what you get”. Integrity is not just about who you are, but who you seek to become. When we have integrity, we don’t need to pretend. We are well aware of our weakness and shortcomings. Integrity is not about being flawless, but being ‘flaseless.’ When you watch a person of integrity, you can know what’s inside him or her. The individual in transparent. You can see what’s inside the heart and witness the light emanating from within.

Lastly, i like how Mark Twain puts it.

If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything. But then again, if you are a liar, you’d better have a great memory. When we tell the truth, that’s all we haev to remember. When we live in deceit, we haev too many faces and lies to keep track of.

So friends and family, let’s be people of only one face. People who can choose to be real but yet helping each other to grow closer with God. Many times there are hurts and backstabbing in relationship just shows that how ‘pathetic’ we are that we do not know that we are drowning in our insecurities. To those who are watching others drowning and only keep watching, just who are we trying to be? Are we so blinded by our own un forgiveness that we do not realize that Christ won’t forgive us as well? Wake up, we all need one another. If in this family, we can’t be one face then i wonder how long and how much energy do you have to last you through this life?

I dare to tell you about my past, but i am not condemn because i have moved on and i know that God has already forgiven me. To you, i never need to have many faces, but just one. The real me- the man that God has dream of me to me.

So dearest family and friends, this is who i am.
